I was cautious about a “remanufactured” hokey, but have had no problems. I am very impressed by the cleaning power and mobility when used on all floor types. The Shark is also very quiet. It does not take the place of sweeping or vacuuming, but is ideal for in between cleanings.It is simple to empty the dust compartment and the battery seldom shows any loss of energy. I plan to get one for my Grandma who has MS. My neighbors used my Shark in their R.V. and feel the Shark would be ideal in any camper with carpet. They now own 2 Sharks. We have used our hokie almost daily for 2 1/2 months without incident. Ours was definately worth the money.
